Freeze & Cancellation Policies for Website

Freeze Policy:

 

All members are allowed to freeze their account if they will be away for 10 or more days. Each member is allowed 4 freezes per year without penalty. After 4 freezes there will be a $10 a monthly charge for each additional month their account is on hold. While your account is frozen all sessions and charges will be paused, and expiration/future payment dates will be pushed out the number of days your account was on hold.

Cancellation Policy:

 

Members are allowed to cancel their membership after fulfilling the two month minimum billing cycle. After which they must give notice of their desire to cancel a minimum of two sessions before their next payment date by filling out this form.
